Took me awhile for an associate to acknowledge me and ask for assistance Need more new items

Waiting for a sales associate was not as quick as I'd have liked. The selection of rings and sizing during a ring promotion was limited and one the first day so I was a little disappointed.

The only issue was the return policy of only 30 days. Considering the quality and reputation of Pandora, I would have thought the return policy would have been better.

Not many people assisting, we waited for more than 10 minutes

Can’t even wear product in the shower

Sales girl was NOt good at all. No smile and rude, was in rush and seems she just wanted us out of there......not happy at all this time...

I like going to pandora for simple gifts, my friends and I really like to gift them to one another. However, the sales associate was a bit cold and unhelpful. All she did was really check me out at the cash.
