I asked for the charm I was looking for. The assistant said its out of stock. I end up getting other one. And then while leaving out from store, I saw 2 charms which I was looking for in showcase. Then I didn't had a time to go back and change up to the one I want.

Because you guys were slow. And no one assisted us we were waiting for a while. Also very slow which wastes tome

the sale associate was nice but they moved so so so slow. i placed and order on the phone and i still had to wait in line which i find a little dumb because it takes less than 5 minutes to do a transaction i’m not looking around. ridiculous to wait 20 minutes

I feel pandora merchandise is not of good quality. I had issues in the past and thought the customer service was far from what it should be.

well, I'm looking for a gift thats also pleasantly beautiful and also very fitting. My price range for the gift is about $100 and just buying the bracelet doesn't leave much room for charms. well in this case, the cheapest charm is $35 blowing my $100 gift budget and only one charm seems a bit basic for a gift. So if i don't find the right charm to go with the bracelet i'll be most likely returning it, but if I could have the price of 2 charms for the price of 1 maybe then the bracelet could just shine and become the perfect gift.

My name was placed on a waiting list for the next associate. I waited about 10 minutes and learned that people who walked in were being assisted first. When I nicely mentioned that to the Assistant Manager, she offered no apology, continued to help the person who had just walked in and told me I would be next. I needed to buy a gift for someone the next day, or I would have left the store.

We purposely went to this Pandora location at Vaughan Mills on a Friday evening to avoid large lines that tend to occur on the weekends. We waited several minutes before being greeted by a sales associate, and had not been instructed to check in with another associate to be put on a waiting list to be assisted. The person who collected our names to be seen appeared to not be doing anything, and was frustrating for customers who knew exactly what items they wanted to purchase and just needed to find them to purchase.

The sales associates were rude. Almost every item on sale was sold out. The system of how customers are let in store does not work.

Small store. Had 15 people ahead of me. Not acceptable amount of time to wait.
