The sales associate was not experienced. I would show her items from my phone of charms that I wanted and she seemed like she didn't know what I was showing her. She had to asking her colleagues for help .. not just for the charms but for using the $10 off promotion, etc. Also, make more booklets available at this location (Vaughan Mills). The sales associate kept on having to ask others if she could borrow the book to scan the barcodes.

Two out of the three items I wanted were out of stock. The store needs to be more sufficiently stocked!

I want to buy pandora bracelet but the options for it was very few and the charms which I wanted from the book was also not available so I bought the charms which I was not liking it so much. The reason why I bought on that day is just because it was my birthday and I want to gift pandora bracelet and charms to my self😔

When i walked into the store no one greeted me. There were 2 associates that looked up and looked away even though they weren't doing anything. I asked an associate for help she pulled out the charm i wanted to see and then when i asked to see another she called another associate over to help me. The first associate did not make eye contact with me she barely even spoke to me properly. The second associate that came over to help me didnt even bring a tray over so i could see all the charms i wanted. she would show me and then put them away right away. In the end i only ended up purchasing one charm and went to a different location where i was served much better

The staff did not know there return policy, I had 3 different employees telling me different things and when I went back later that same day after I did my purchase just to exchange sizing I was not allowed. Which is unfortunate seeing as how it didn’t fit and I should of been given one straight answer before my purchase.

Long lineups. Did not tell us online that the store would open 1 hour earlier than usual. Told us about “VIP” services that was not informative nor were we informed of such a thing. Sales associates took at least 45 minutes per customer (the lineup was about 30 people outside the door at 9:30am) and the same 30 people and then some are still waiting at 10am!!

I was not satisfied with my pandora experience because the greeter at the time when I was lining up to get in was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when I asked her how long the wait was. And because of her extremely rude attitude towards me , it ruined my experience at pandora. I was absolutely not satisfied with my experience and hope it does not happen again.

I made a return from an online purchase and was not given the same value back. My purchase should of honoured the buy 2 get 1 free. As I was just exchanging charms. I also lost a free charm and was not told Would loose it. I would of kept the charm. I ended up paying more than I should of. I would like to get my credit back

I understand it was a busy time but the sales associate looked clueless, didn’t answer my questions and had absolutely no knowledge of where the products were. I found it myself and had to show it to her. Wasn’t friendly nor helpful at all. Will NOT be returning to this pandora in the future!

It was hard to find what I was looking for, I was overwhelmed with the quantity and difficulty of locating the items. The assistant was not friendly at all and did not explain me about the item, only about how to clean them. I bought it just because the assistant was persuasive but it was not what I was looking for. I was disappointed and wear it with no pleasure.
