I was not satisfied because many items did not have sizes available also, sales associates were trying to balance many customers at once which left me unattended for quite a while

Disorganized checkout system during friends and family event. Waited too long in line to get into the store but even longer to checkout. The girls had no idea about the products they were scanning took way too long. 45 minutes to check out AFTER waiting 25 to get into the store is unacceptable.

sorry I returned an item and I was over 30 days. The manager on duty was very rude his name was Roman. I understand that I was over but he should of been nicer. I found his attitude not at a assistant manager level at all. I was able to exchange it but it was final sale. What hurts more is that September was a crazy month for me. My father had a heart attach and I was not thinking of going to Pandora to do my return on time. It's ok I am very upset and decided not to purchase Pandora anymore for a gift. This store just lost my business not because of the store policy but how the employee was not friendly and did not even say sorry all he said was you are way over and what ever you get will be final sale. I understand the policy but did not understand the SERVICE that I received that nigh at Vaughan mills.

I was discriminated for the personal of pandora specially for Jaskiran M (number 230069) because she don’t want to give me the promotion of the bracelet of pandora and when she give me my items, she give me in a bag without the brand in the bag and the rest of the clients have the normal bag of the shop

very very bad customer service and sales associate who dealt with it Sales lead during that period very rude and the way she talks . They think we customers are stupid . They make people wait thinking let them wait to get Pandora . Very bad attitude of the employees in the store .

Went to the store with the mindset of leaving with a new bracelet big & sturdy enough for the 20 charms I have. I tried two sized bracelets but he associate gave me the bigger size when I asked for the size smaller. Not a huge issue but now I need to go back to the store to exchange it & hope they still have the same size I want which is an inconvenience for me

I purchased a regular item today at Vaughan mill mall pandora today, the sales told me if I wear the item then it's final sale, she even stapled "final sale" on my receipt(I don\t know why she did that)/This makes me very uncomfortable, I feel the sales take advantage on me. I will never go back to this location or shop at any pandora. Very bad experience never had before!

I returned what I purchased so I can purchase it again to qualify for 2 free gifts worth 200 bucks. The sales associate said I cannot purchase anything from this store today.

The associates were highly rude and had attitude, a girl named misha was very rude and unprofessional she actually talked down to me and when I asked her she turned around and walked away as if I don’t exist. If it wasn’t last minute shopping for me I’d have walked out immediately.

The sales associate was extremely rude and disrespectful. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the entire situation, she made our visit feel rushed. She was making very snarky comments, making us feel attacked. Making an extremely uncomfortable environment with myself and the customers around me. I am extremely upset about the customer service that I received. I hope Pandora focuses more on treating their customers with equality, respect, and most importantly makes customers feel wanted.
