This is my second time at this Pandora, the staff is rude, a lot of attitude and not friendly at all. I knew exactly what I wanted and waited 40 mins to find out they don’t carry it. When I arrived I asked them if they had it and they said someone will check the back.

This was a purchase for someone overseas, they seen the special online. Before purchasing the items I called Pandora Vaughan to confirm they had items and she also advised I get a free bracelet with my purchase. She put it on hold until Sunday morning. Took more then 15 mins to find my order and then sales associate advises me i am not eligible for the free bracelet as one of the items i was purchasing was excluded from special. Sales associate speaks to the person who promised me the free bracelet and she was told no that they made a mistake and I cant get it. I believe it should of been honored because they made the mistake not me. The free bracelet was also written on the piece of paper where they put my items on hold. Not impressed how they handled the situation, and i believe the person that promised me this was a Manager. This was my first time at Pandora and I don't think i will ever go back. This was a purchase for someone overseas and i had to stand at the store calling back and fourth long distance to tell them they weren't getting the special. They had to purchased another item to get the special.

1.Early morning after opens, I told the sales Kelly i was looking for some charms and I have the name and code.She said she can't find the item unless I show her the picture. I asked her if she can search the code from ipad.she says it is still easier to do with pictures. she walked away waiting for pictures which I don't have with me.2.Another issue:she doesn't know how to use the survey code for coupon and she told me to go home and figure out a correct numeric code although I showed her the confirmation I have with the code she refuse to try figure out herself, very rude and makes me feel like i'm stupid with this code3. When she trying put on the charms on my existing bracelet, after she done she left my own charms and clips on her tray 2 times. Very careless.Those were I bought yesterday how can you forget to put them back on for me? 4. When I returned the store after manager called me, they figured out how to use my code. She saw me again in the afternoon but no apologize for making me come back because of her own fault.She does not have the quality of a good customer service.f she was the one I dealt with yesterday I don't think i would ever want to go back again!

I went to return a Xmas gift. I was not able to get a store credit nor purchase anything on sale with my return. All items purchased were finally sale, though they were gifts. Not even for size!!! Very disappointed with your policies.

I had completed a previous survey and apparently I had written down the wrong validation code ( mine was the online code according to the manger). The manage by the name of Delma was rude and not willing to help in any way. Her suggestion was to call customer service and maybe they would give me a $10.00 credit. It is not the value of the credit but the lack of ease obviously completing the survey as I did not see the 16 digit validation code...I will see what happens when I complete this survey.
