I was looking for the 50th anniversary Disney charm. online it’s sold out. I was at the mall today and decided to go in, I showed the picture to the sales person Shiri H and she immediately took care of me.

I had an amazing experience at the Pandora Vaughan Mills location with Giulia, who helped me find the perfect birthday gift for my wife. She took the time to understand my needs and provided recommendations. The company policy of exchanging the bracelet at any location within 30 days gave me confidence in my purchase. Manager Noor also congratulated me on my wedding, making the experience personalized. However, when I went to exchange the bracelet at the Oshawa Centre location, Leanne provided me with poor service. Despite this, I highly recommend the Vaughan Mills location and the excellent service provided by Giulia and Noor.
