In general, the experience in the store was good, the price is sometimes not what we would like, but I understand the market situation and inflation, I also understand that the product I was looking for is very specific and the varieties are few.

The person who helped me to day was a bit slow in finding the items that I want. She refused to give me a new charm instead of the charm displayed (because I saw some scratches). The purchase was slower than I expected.

Knowledge of employee. Service, speed and greeting. Other than all good. They don’t know how to make gift card. It takes too much time to figure out. When I ask about survey they don’t know about.

I initially walked and was greated. The sales person was serving someone else and said she would come back. Meanwhile somonelse another sales person helped. we were 2 customers waiting and did not know who entered 1st. Maybe have a numbering system to allow to be served in order.

I was looking at the merchandise and another sales clerk came and took the tray away before I was finished looking at the merchandise and choosing the charms I wanted. I purchased two charms and would have purchased had the tray of merchandise not been taking away before I was done shopping.

Jennifer P was the associate I seen during my visit. She had a terrible attitude, she was annoyed someone helped me on the phone prior to my visit and it would effect her commission, (arrianna was amazing on the phone! Wish I had felt with her the entire time) Jennifer was frustrated by the time I was taking, unhelpful, reluctant to show me items and had little - no knowledge of Pandora. I only bought half of what I went into purchase because I was so disappointed with the service.
