My sales associate was very helpful in finding me a birthday girly. She sized me for a ring and got my size right away. She assisted me in finding the perfect ring to my style and match my already existing pandora necklace.

I am extremely fussy and want top-notch service when I go shopping. The sales person (Jai) went above and beyond my expectations of a first class sales person. I was so impressed with her service, never got frustrated, and I am VERY demanding and expect to be treated professionally at all times when shopping. This person was EXCELLENT. So efficient and professional. In fact, I was so impressed with her that I asked to speak to the Manager at the Store in the Dieppe Mall. I told the Manager what a great sales lady this was and then I asked how old she was....18....unbelievable. I have travelled extensively and I was never so shocked to hear that this person had these skills at such an age. If I had a business, I would have offered her a job in my Company immediately.
