The lady was very helpful and very nice. I was not sure what I wanted between a ring or bracelet . She was patient and showed me a few options. I had a fun experience. I will be back to buy charms for my bracelet.

I found everything that I was looking for and the staff were very friendly in helping me. The store was very clean and displayed nicely. It was my first time in a pandora store and I have had my eye on a ring for a while, the staff just made the experience wonderful and I felt safer even with Covid-19 still being a worry. Thank you!

i do not live in New Brunswick I am on a visit to help me cope after losing my beloved Husband of 58 years to replace an Eternity ring he gave me after 1 year of Marriage and it broke the day after he passed. Sandy was awesome not fussy but extremely sensitive to my situation and incredibly helpful and when I quoted the words that had helped me "I walk an Empty Street and then somehow we meet yet there's no one there but me" she was almost tearful.......so I am sorry I did not intend to upset her! Her kindness and professionalism were extremely appreciated!!!!!

Because I had lost my gift certificat and they were able to do my purchase with only my receipt of the gift card. They made a couple of calls to help me out.

I received excellent customer service. The associate was very helpful in helping me locate the charm I was looking for. The associate also informed me of the new spring collection. She took the time to show me a few choices of the charms I may be interested in purchasing at a later date.

The staff was highly efficient and very friendly. Although the store was extremely busy, they did not make me feel rushed or pressure. They allowed me time and assisted me in finding what I wanted.
