Charms seem to have gotten a lot smaller. Many are difficult to even tell what they are. Prices are also quite extreme for what you get.

When I walked into the store there was only one associate available. She was already helping others and heading into a back room. She didn't acknowledge my presence even though she saw me. I waited patiently, when she came back out she still didn't greet me. I understand she was helping the other customers but I work retail and customer service it doesn't take much to greet someone and say they'll be right with you. Another associate came in and helped me right away so my experience was turned around thankfully.
