Came into pandora looking for a birthday present for my mom and friend. Sadly they didn’t have the earrings I was looking for, but sales associate was very helpful in helping me with how to order it online. Sales associate (Dawn) was super friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! She also helped me surprise my friend with a gift in store! Seemed like she was training a new employee, but was still able to help me! Both were super kind and fun to talk too!

I wasn't aware that Pandora does custom engravings on pendants until the sales associate brought it up. I also like that I can receive the product the same day and don't have to wait business days. At first, I was only thinking of purchasing something that was already there, but a custom product was a better deal. The service was amazing! The sales associate was very friendly and approachable, and she was open to conversations. On top of that she made an option I didn't know was possible, available to us.

I am highly satisfied because of the seller girl. She was an extremely friendly and a good host. Actually, my target was just learning my size, but she make me excited to buy.
