The service is why I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience. Since it was black Friday and the store is small it was hard to move in the store but even in the long line up the associate and assistant manager of the store were very friendly, making small talk, and kept everyone clam in a very professional manner. The associate who served me was polite, and had a great knowledge of the products I was interested in. He made the process simple and fast.

I was actually sold the wrong safety chain for my barcelet. I then went to the Pandora store i our area to by a spacer that would prevent the chain from falling off the one end.

We traveled from the US to Toronto Canada. I wanted to use the promotion that was in the US for spend $100 get a free ring or ear rings but there promotion were different and already gone. This prevented me from spending more money. I feel like since so many US citizens travel to Toronto they should of honored the promotion since it wasn’t over till the 22nd.

The sales associate kept talking and talking and talking. It made the visit take sooooooooooooo long. Also the items I wanted were not in stock (they were not in my size - rings) so she said she would special order them for me but could not tell me how long it takes. So because of the current promo I still bought the rings but now have no clue how long I'll be waiting

I was highly satisfied with the Service I received from Vincenzo, the sales associate who helped me retrieve the items I'd placed on hold the day before. However, I was served by someone named "Romina" the day before, and she seemed very impatient with me just because I may be one of the younger customers here. She also seemed to blank out a lot when I made requests.
