The sales associate that greeted me in the store appeared to be available to assist me. She redirected me to another associate who them re-directed me back to the first associate that had greeted me. The hand off seemed to be unusual and did not reflect a great customer experience.

I bought a bangle here two weeks ago and it somehow became damaged. You would not do an exchange and you do not provide in company repairs. I have has a similar bracelet for several years without damage despite snagging. So I was surprised when your bangle damaged so easily.

I went to the store to purchase items I had previously selected. When I went into the store, I asked the sales associate I was interested in these items and they showed me them. I was satisfied with the quality of the product so I asked her if the sales price of the item in store are the same as on the website and they said yes. It was only after I left the store and checked the receipt that one the item was more expensive then the website price. I was not satisfied with the lack of transparency and appreciate if they had told me about the price increase.
