The sales assistant Michela was not at all friendly, in fact it seemed like i was almost a burden to her day. She didn't once say please or thank you or even smile. Having been in customer service for over 10 years i found my interaction with her less than pleasing and without manners.

1. The sales who served me was not that friendly, and based on her body language and the way of speak, I don't feel she is happy with the job. 2. Somehow, the store manager was very nice and helped me a lot whenever I have questions and regards to price match and etc. 3. Most of sales were friendly, but there were few were not intended to help customers.

Joanna was great as usual and understanding when I wanted to buy a ring on promotion that wasn't available in my size. She allowed me to make the purchase and come back to pick up my right size when it came in store so I would still get the discount. Only trouble is jewellery, particularly rings require longer wait times as associates have a had time finding my size when I want to try something on. Other then that customer service is good as associates are always accommodating in situations like this, but I just wish they had proper inventory for there rings so associates dont have to make a purchase and come back to exchange.

I was served by the sales person named Chelsea. She was very friendly and recommended me nice charms. However, I was quite disappointed to know that the sales person accepted my payment in cash by US dollars of $200 when the items were sold to me in Canadian dollars. The change I received was also not converted back n returned back to me. I was charged a total of $158.20 and received a change of $41.80 in Canadain dollars which was really short changed. Partly it is also my oversight because I did not check but kind of disappointed as the sales person should have checked n made sure the conversion was done and I was being charged fairly. This has made my purchase a very expensive one cause I paid in USD. You could verify this with the store. Hope staff are more trained to know this. The sales associate was very pushy with what I should purchase and did not give me anytime to think over what I wanted to buy. I did not like how she was using me as a customer to complate her sales task.

I went to the Eaton Center Pandora to return a ring because I found my right size to other Pandora location. The associate, named on her name tag is Ali Team Lead, approached me with big smile and asked what she can help me with. When I told her I came to return my ring, her expression suddenly changed to annoyed. And she didn't say a single word through out the transaction. She didn't even asked why return etc. The whole time she was just so annoyed and really made the situation awkward. And to think she have the title "Team Lead" on her name tag, that's not an attitude of a team lead. I will never go back to that location ever again. She is the worst team lead.

I was dissatisfied with my visit as my sales associate was welcoming and very kind till I told her I was looking for a certain charm which was $40. My friend and I noticed a change her voice and attitude when I told her that was all I wanted. She did not look very pleased which made her look like she was on commission. Her elbows were on the counter and her face was laying on the palm of her hands, clearly uninterested. I felt extremely un-welcomed for buying a $40 charm.

The sales associate, Puna C., no. 135111, seemed disinterested and blasé about being there and helping me, especially after I mentioned that I was there to do a return. She provided me with the charms I was looking for, but put them right on the glass counter, some of which she left on the pillow to look at. She also had really long nails and tapped on my bracelet when I asked her for a suggestion, I didn't like that in the event she could have caused a scratch. After completing a bangle return, and purchasing a charm, she asked if she could just put it in the bracelet box...I said no, that she could keep the bracelet box, and I wanted a charm box. Her customer service was less than impressive, and I wouldn't want her to serve me the next time I'm in the store. She also asked me for the time at some point, not sure why, but it wasn't anywhere near closing.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the pricing in the booklet and then having being charged far more than expected. Tax was way too high.
