1. Never ever in my life have I had a sales associate texting and playing on her phone instead of helping me with the purchasing process. Especially at Pandora. I have easily over $5,000 spent on Pandora between my two daughters and wife. While most of the purchases were made in the USA, some of them were made in Canada. I think even one of them was made at this very store - at Eaton Centre. 2. I did share my experience with the Assistant Manager today (had to wait for over 20 minutes as first she advised me she was with the customer and I did nto mind as it was only fair, but after that she went tot the back room with another associate knowing very well I was waiting for her. 3. Also mentioned to the assistant manager that the merchandise was not even packed properly - usually the bag is stuffed with the tissue/wrapping paper so it looks nicer when I present it to my girl(s). 4. On top of it, once at home and we opened the box, the charm of the zipper's slider was broken off. Which is probably not the store's fault, but definitely adds to my experience. Of course I am going to return the item back in a few weeks.

I went in my work uniform and I was only seen after other people had left the store, that is, what kind of treatment is this? And I bought it and I wasn't informed that I couldn't regret it I don't understand English and the concern was to sell and not to give a good treatment. I bought it because I liked it and it didn't fit me, it hurt me and I went to return it and they didn't want to get it back and they said it was a promotion and I couldn't return it, but I wasn't informed, how absurd!

Ordred online for pick up in store. Had a 10% off coupon that I used. When picking up, tried on ringt and noticed that size was a bit small. Store had next size up. They could not 'exchange'. Had to refund the original order and make me by a new one, but could not give me the 10% off. This would have been a simple exchange for other retailers, instead, a refund and recharge, but minus the 10%. So I got charged 10% more to change sizes. Very unsatisfied at this.

I purchased $271.20 of merchandise (validation # 061350026056092021) and upon return to our hotel (I am from Timmins - no Pandora's there) found that there was a presale promotion wherein if you spent $150 or more, you could get a free bracelet (up to $80). I went back to the store prior to leaving for home the next morning and asked if I could be a part of this promotion, but although Sherry-Lynn W (123290) spoke to the manager and explained I couldn't return - I was told I could purchase the bracelet and then send a request to get a credit for the 80 dollars using this forum. Thus, I have now also purchased the "free" bracelet for 124.30 - and am hoping to get the credit for the 80 dollars per the pre-sale as I could not stay in Toronto for the presale and there are no Pandora's here in Timmins. I look forward to hearing from you. In any case Sherry-Lynn was a pleasure to work with and helped me.

1. No one was greeting me when I was at the store. 2. It seems like the associate was only focusing about the sales and being OVERLY pushy when she suggested me to buy the add-on products (like the polishing cloth). And ridiculously when I refused to buy that item and she said : “You DO need it” and put it in the bag. 3. The attitude that the associate gave me during the whole experience there was so unpleasant. No smiles, no no greeting (both when I was entering and exiting the store), no Thank You was given and such. And this is so unprofessional and makes me feel like I was being looked down by an unprofessional associate!

No acknowledgement when entering store, being made to wait over 20 minutes to be served by an associate. Should have an express line for people who know what they want and can get in and out. Also, should not be returning / price matching during special sale days.

the store had the most inefficient way of handling customers on a day when black friday sales were starting. There were not enough employees and customers who had "appointments" were being allowed to bypass the huge line up, even if they were 30 minutes late for their so called appointment. Ridiculous!

I went to this location to exchange my shine ring for the third time. The first time I exchanged it was because the size was wrong. I waited over 45 minutes to receive help all the while I watched as staff members were standing around and chatting amongst themselves. Then less than a month later I noticed a gem had fallen out of my ring. I received a new one and the service was welcoming. However, five days after receiving a new ring I had to return because of the same problem. A gem had fallen out once again. The most recent experience, I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with my service however, I did get a upset when I asked why I've had to come back twice because of the quality of the product because the store associate told me it was the way I was taking care of the ring. Considering a stone fell out twice out of two different rings, and the second time only after five days is a clear product flaw and nothing to do with my quality of care. I hope that I won't be returning next week because of the same product flaw as this ring was gifted to me and holds emotional importance, and I hope that I will receive full enjoyment for the price we have paid.
