The sale associate name,Laura K. No.161900 was showing signs of inpatiencenss and rude as I mentioned that it was a present, she still ended up with the receipt in there, with no effort to ask if I wanted a receipt in the bag. Satisfied with product but not attitude. Never felt this worthless at pandora before.

The sales person didn't put all the items in the bag. Now I have to go back to the store and bring all the items purchased just to get the one item. Its absurd!

The sales associate as soon as she found out it was an exchange was not very kind. The whole process was odd and rude she didn’t not care whether I was satisfied with my purchase. During the return she did not offer me a bag - she handed me the box and said “here’s your rings” then did not wish me a goodbye or anything just left the cash as I was unsure if the transaction was over she just walked away and started talking to another associate I then said bye as I felt it was extremely rude and she ignored me AGAIN. The only kind person throughout the transaction to wish me well was luke.

Sales staff helping me went to a manager she promised me one thing but ended up not being able to deliver. My aunt had bought me a gift and the value was 50 cad. The charm I exchanged it for was a forget me not ring 33 she still made me spend 5 extra even though my aunt had paid more. Math was wrong.

The sales associate treated the product extremely poorly and did not provide a conducive environment where I was happy about my purchase. When asked for my personal details, the sales associate was inattentive to the spelling of my name, refused to make proper corrections when prompted to, and avoided corrections by moving away from me, to another counter. At the end of the purchase, the customer representative simply passed the product to me and walked off, despite me saying thank you twice, hoping for an appropriate greeting/gesture from the sales associate. I left the shop feeling rather unappreciated and confused as to what had warranted such a treatment. The fact that she intentionally walked away to avoid making a correction to my personal details says a lot about her work ethic and overall attitude towards customers. Pandora is an established brand that has been built around the availability of customization, coupled with friendly assistance from the sales associates. However, the treatment I received at the shop was appalling and will definitely make me think twice about procuring products from Pandora in the future.

When store gets busy so customer service is affected

Customer service is a hit-or-miss at Pandora. Today was a definite miss. Sales associate was not helpful, had a poor attitude, and I felt that I knew more about the merchandise than she did. She had the mindset of a cashier at the dollar store; you tell her exactly what you're looking to buy, she won't make any conversation with you, and she feels her only job is to cash you out. I told her I was looking for the "Hearts of Pandora" ring and pointed it out in the display, and she had no idea what I was talking about. She came back with a random heart ring, and when I mentioned that "Hearts of Pandora" is the name of the ring, I still had to point to the display and tell her it was the second ring from the bottom row. I don't expect all sales associates to know the names of all merchandise, but "Hearts of Pandora" is a staple to the entire Pandora collection.
