The service was fast. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and able to provide me with enough information to all of my questions. She was extremely helpful.

When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful employee named Dawn. She was very attentive and knew exactly how to help me. I came in specifically for some Marvel charms and unfortunately they were out of one I wanted. However, Dawn was able to give me a link where I would be able to purchase it online. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give recommendations for what else I can do instead of the sold out item.

The sales associate was very nice and was able to get me all the charms I wanted to see very fast, the store wasn't too full when i went which is good.

The store was very clean, and they had the product on my size -- which wasn't available in another store I visited previously.
