I could enter the store right away and the clerk was really helpful for showing the rings what I wanna try and see closer. Also she explains well about the points of the rings.

The sales associate was very helpful in showing me the products . She was very courteous and patient with me. She also had a wide knowledge of the products

I was very satisfied because of the employee I was being helped by. She’s super artistic and creative minds and helping me pick my charms.

The service is excellent. I got the charms I yearned for. The salesperson is able to speak my first language and thus easy to communicate.

Wait time outside of thr store was very short. On arrival into thr store was greeted very warmly and referred to a sales associate Scarlett who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made some great recommendations and showed me some ideas for what I was looking for. Overall was a great experience.

Joanna, the person who assisted me during my visit is a major factor to my amazing experience at the store. She helped me pick out jewelry that i absolutely loved and forever cherish. She went out of her way to show me all the new jewelry that matched my other pieces and it was like she read my mind! i definitely did not receive an experience like this at other Pandora’s

The employee that assisted me was super friendly. The level of assistance is high and the selection of the jewelries were very diverse as well.
