Despite the crazy store traffic Joanna W. was very calm, patient and helpful. She could've been easily agitated with so many staff members asking her for help every five mins. But still she provided excellent customer experience with a smiling face throughout. Although I had to wait in line for long period and shop outside the store I was still able to see everything that I came in to see with her help. Overall the great customer service helped and was able to enjoy the shopping experience and get everything I wanted.

The sales associate was very experienced as well as accommodating. I knew what I was looking for and she was able to provide me with alternative looks as well as provide me with information about the pieces. She was very friendly and approachable which made the experience 100% better!

this was my first time shopping at pandora located at the eaton centre and the sales associate name Ally B no.139871 was amazing in helping me find the right size bracelet! She was so helpful, super friendly and made me feel so welcome! she also made sure I knew how to care for the bracelet when I am not wearing it. Great information to have since I am a pandora first timer! Certainly will be coming back to shop again! :) Thank you Ally B and the Pandora company for making my first time experience an amazing one! you definitely made me a happy shopper!
