I was highly satisfied with Pandora given that the attendants made the whole experience smooth and nice. They made sure I understood the content I was buying and the promotions available that could come with the product. They also got to me very fast, I barely wait more than 5 minutes for someone to get to me, which was great given that I was on my break time at work.

The customer service was really good. I love it, she gave me a lot of options and prices who were near to my budget for a gift.

Andrea provided a great service in Eaton Centre and i’m highly satisfied with that. She knew the products well and was able to help me choose exactly what i was looking for. Especially comparing to awful service I had in Pandora store in Yourkdale mall, where I was rudely served by most of the merchants and had one of the worst customer experiences ever, today I was very happy with Andrea at Eaton Center. Please, make sure to take my note about Yourkdale mall service seriously as it was extremely inappropriate behavior from the merchants towards me as a customer. Thank you!

I love Pandora and the bracelets I have built full of charms represent events in my life that I can cherish and take with me wherever I go. I have 3 bracelets and I am still building my charm collection.

I can’t remember how much item I bought from pandora, today is a wonderful experience because I finally bought the bracelet I’ve eyeing on. It’s super cute, classy and elegant. The salesperson just startes 3wks ago is very accommodating and super nice as well.

I did not have to wait for the customer service, I found what I needed and the process did not take long.

Store was clean. Staff was available and helpful. They were patient with me, especially Daisy who assisted me throughout.

I love the variety of options that Pandora offers. The designs are beautiful and timeless. The quality of the pieces are worth the money spent.
