The sales associate named Lisa was very professional, friendly and helpful. She recommended some great neck pieces to pick from. She also had good knowledge about everything in the store.

Alicia was able to suggest based on a description of where my wife is from ( UK ) that the earings had a crown like border and that the earrings would be better siuted than the charm I wAS looking at. They cost more but I did not care. She was bang on!! Shes an amazing representative for your brand!!!

We visited on Black Friday because we were in Toronto. The wait to get into the store was an hour but once in the service was excellent. All but one item we were looking for was in stock. I returned the next day and made an additional purchase after browsing the catalogue.

I was highly satisfied because even though it was a Thursday (day before Black Friday) and there were a few people standing in the queue I got into the store very quickly. Everyone in the store was very well organized and I was served in a few seconds. There were a lot of people but the staff was really calm and patient.
