I bought 3 charms and I got complimented on my taste 9f jewelry.

Lisa always goes out of her way to show me the latest and explains everything so well. She is always willing to go the extra mile.

I find the items are good quality and vary in such a range I can always find something I like. I don't feel that I'm over paying for the quality I'm getting and the memories of the items. I purchased something from Pandora in New York, Ireland, California on practically every trip I take I look for a Pandora.

I asked for two specific rings and they were brought to me quickly. The sizes fits and the collections were introduced.

The associate Michela was extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about, she informed me about the new items the store has received and pointed out the limited edition items. Overall very good customer service

Sherry-Lynn W. was very kind and helpful. Her greeting made me feel very welcome and the exchange i needed done was processed very quickly.

The sales associate, Sherry-Lynn, was very pleasant, and greeted me right away when I entered. When I explained what I wanted to exchange, she quickly got the replacement item and did the exchange quickly and efficiently. Another associate that I always speak to when I go in, came over and greeted me and asked about my niece, who I often go with. She showed me some new items while Sherry-Lynn was taking care of my exchange. The people who work there are always friendly at this location and I like that they always remember me and ask about my family. That shows that she cares to take the time to really appreciate her customers.

I’m really satisfied because I came for a return and exchange. And the representative recognized the mistake from the purchase because the other representative didn’t give the correct discount for the sale. I supposed to save 75dollares but she didn’t processed. But today the representative Jen recognized the problem and make everything super fast. I really appreciate his honest and help
