I rarely shop at Pandora and typically do not have a clear idea of what I'm looking for. Claudia was extremely helpful, efficiently showing me options to help me make a clear decision. She informed me about store promos to help cater & narrow down potential items for me. Claudia was exceptionally pleasant, & she's a great addition to this store. I'm more likely to be back sooner due to her great customer service & experience I had.

This was my first time and I was little confused. The employees were so kind and helpful. I didn't feel like a sore thumb.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products that Pandora had to offer. I was looking for a gift for my mother in law and Jem, the associate was able to offer practical options. He was also able to assist in an exchange that I was making in the store. His demeanor was patient, friendly and professional.

She was very enthusiastic and very helpful with what I need. She was also very knowledgeable about what her company offers which I think is a very asset to this company.

As soon as I entered the store, an associate immediately greeted me and made sure that I received assistance in finding what I was looking for (I was looking for necklaces)! I was directed to an associate, Michela, who was able to provide a great selection of products, as well as walk me through the process of choosing a piece that I really loved. Not only that, but she was incredibly personable, giving me very good and honest feedback that helped me find the perfect necklace. She made sure that I was comfortable with the entire experience, and for that, I thank her! I had a great experience in the store and will return!
