It was all amazing

The associate made me feel important. I recently was at the Yorkdale store and treated so poorly. At Yorkdale the associate tried to hand me off many times to someone else. Didn’t care about what I was looking for and treated me rudely. As someone who works and is in a managerial position in customer service. I was shocked. The associate at Eaton centre apologized for this experience however I wish more was done to resolve the issue.

My experience at Pandora was great Ruby at Eaton Centre Pandora was very helpful and she took her time with me and didn't rush me and she was tell me her favorites rings and bracelets which was great

The CS was very friendly, helpful and patient. She (Lisa) was very creative in helping me with choices to add charms to my bracelet. She offered her advice on my asking but left the decision up to me which I appreciated.

The salesperson, Sam, was very helpful in guiding me with the sizes of the bracelets and the charms I was wondering about. Even though the store was very busy, Sam dedicated all her attention to me.
