the store manager and the associates greet all the costumer with smiles and friendly demeanor. Very helpful and understanding as to what each individuals are looking for. Joana from store 0613 was very helpful and nice while she helps me find the necklace i wanted.

The store salespeople seemed very happy to work in the store and consequently treats us very well. When I apologized for taking the time of the saleswomen for my guess in which product to buy she said she was there for me, it made me more confident in the perfect choice for my own birthday gift.

The Assistant Manager of the store we went to was ver friendly. She was very accomodating and she showed us everything we wanted to see and try. Her name was Soni.
