The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. They were very welcomimg and friendly.....approached me as soon as I walked in the store. I love Pandora.

Joanna was amazing she helped me buy the right bracelet and found exactly what I was looking for. She cleaned my pandora ring even though I didnt think it was dirty but now it sparkles. Very impressed.
