The sales associate was helping me with my selections. She was patient with me, while I was getting response from my friends about which necklace was best. I had to take a call and consult my friend and she kept the merchandise I had picked out on the side till I came back.

my sales associate Linda Z (178855) was very helpful. i needed help choosing charms for a gift and she gave her advice and feedback told me about the promo of buy two get one free and was very social and interactive with me chatting about things. She was very sweet and polite in assisting me. She knew about the products and was very kind. Whenever i walk into this pandora eaton centre location i usually get ignored, i assume because i’m younger, and got ignored again this day but Linda saw me browsing and offered her assistance plus was very sweet. i adored her.

Silva is a great salesperson. I highly commend her.

I was highly satisfied with my visit becuase of how amazing the employees were. They knew what they were doing and my sales person (Chelsea) gave a lo of information regarding new arrivals and popular items. I will forsure be coming back sometime.

I called on Wednesday evening to inquire if they had an "Always by my Side" char. Spoke with Joanna. She confirmed that there was only one left. She reserved it and I picked it up on Thursday.

I was very happy with Silva's customer service. I was in a rush to buy something quickly for a Mother's Day gift before work and Silva was very happy to help and was efficient. I was not expecting Silva to help me as efficiently as she did since it was my fault for shopping right before my work shift. She was very understanding and helped me to the best of her ability. She exceeded my expectations. I got everything I needed and made it to work on time.

Chelsea is the greatest seller and she explained me everything very well .
