The sales associate was very patient with my mom and I. Since there was a language barrier, she waited patiently while I translated and told my mom about the product. The associate even gave us her opinion about the bracelet and sizing which was very helpful!

My experience at Pandora was fantastic because I had a great assistant. She was incredibly friendly and carefully listened to what my needs were. She absolutely did nothing to convince me to buy something at the store. I really like the way she gave me sometime to think about purchasing some products, so that I didn’t have to feel rushed. That definitely led to my satisfaction and I feel so happy now that I purchased perfect gifts for my family.
