Great service from Michael at the Eaton Centre Store. I appreciated the quick and responsive support. The options of the charms were all available and Michael was able to find them quickly and provide options.

A good place to find a new accessory, but it had a bit expensive with a student like me, recommend PANDORA has a discount for students.

The staff was very friendly and patient with me. Although most staffs were busy at the time, they still arranged one person whose name is Flavia to help and didn't keep me waiting for a long time. Overall, it was a nice experience.
