The staff was absolutely amazing and very welcoming.

We were assisted by Luke and the manager as soon as we entered the store. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and made our visit a breeze. Luke helped us decide on a charm that I love and I appreciate how friendly and patient he was during our visit. I look forward to going back there for my next charm.

Lillie was the associate who assisted me and she was very helpful when I asked about my bracelet that was broken. She asked for the manager’s help and they both found a solution for me. Very satisfied with their professionalism. I ended up purchasing a few items. This store is highly recommended!

The service was amazing. The sale associate was really good. I love the necklace I bought and was out in 10 mins.

Luke was helping me and I had NO idea what I was going to buy (had to buy a gift for my friend and was debating between pandora and other jewelry stores). He was quick to help and knew exactly what he was doing. Very impressive. He asked just the right questions which lead to excellent recommendations. :)

Well I doubt with the manager and I already know her from before cuz she's very lovely and I went there early in the morning so it wasn't busy so that's why I was happy but there's days that I go in and it's crazy in there
