The sales associate was delivering quick and nice services to us. She was knowledgeable and quick to catch what my mom wants and her tastes. Her recommendations were stunning as if she already knew what my mom wants. I will visits Pandora store and buy more products in the future.

My experience with my first sales person was not pleasant. she started off willing to help me then saw 2 of her friends and said do you need time to look around and i quickly found her to be less helpful sure enough she went to help her friends and didn't bother with me. Luke who took over was amazing - he made the negative feeling turn into a positive and she be commended!
