When I walked in the associates smiled at me but allowed me time to come into the store and look for a little bit before asking if I required assistance. The manager was friendly and helpful with my question, she introduced me to Joanna for her to continue to assist me while she returned to running the floor. You could tell she was a strong leader who has a great handle on her location which I know from experience at TEC can be very challenging. Joanna was attentive to my questions and when she could not provide specifically what I was looking for she was able to provide alternatives and additional suggestions which helped me find the right gift for my mom from her brand new granddaughter. She cashed me out quickly and efficiently offered a gift receipt and wrapped the gift. While she had stepped away I let the manager know how amazing she was and she thanked me and also sang her praises. You could tell that the other associates were also of this caliber as customers all around me had the same look on their faces that I did. I so rarely purchase items not online so this entire interaction was refreshing in many ways. Thank you.

I was approached immediately as I entered the store by Yigri (I couldn't quite catch her name). I showed her a picture of the product I wanted and she found it without hesitation. Sam also helped me in making my purchase and wrapped it up beautifully. I am impressed with how quick the service was and how knowledgeable the staff is of their products.
