the associate who assisted me was highly professional. she had a very nice demeanor and she seemed like she really liked her job and the jewelry at pandora. I liked how she offered to provide solutions to me by pairing my selections with different other options (matching a necklace with bracelet/ earrings) although i told her i wasnt willing to spend more money, she was still willing to offer more. she was fantastic! My only complaint is that pandora doesnt always have what i need in stock so i have to inconvenience myself by going to other locations. i originally went to vaughan mills for the items i purchased but they found the items at eatons center. i had a gift card specifically for Vaughan mills that i could use, so i ultimately spent more money. i am always happy with the service but the lack of product in the store can sometimes be frustrating. i want the pandora location based on my convenience to be my one stop shop. the associate at the eatons center was also trying to show me items to pair and they were out of stock. this is something that is reoccurring with my visits to pandora that i hope could change.

Luke was really thorough and helpful in helping me with my polished bracelet and assembling it, recommending charms, etc. so kind and honest. Thank you!

It's always the customer service.

I find there's a lot of sales people there but is too crowded and there's no room to look at what you're looking at I will always album each other so I think they should let certain amount of people in into the store so people could look at the jewelry and feel comfortable

I came in looking for a specific ring and I was so happy that the salesperson I was with, Chelsea S., could find it so quickly! She even showed me rings that I would like/that looked similar to the one I was shopping for, and I ended up buying two! She was so kind and understanding and answered all of my questions (and I know I had a lot!).

Came to this Pandora to get a gift for my friend's birthday and I was immediately greeted upon entrance, the lady who helped me, Sherry-Lynn was so incredibly helpful and sweet. Her energy was so friendly and made this experience wonderful. I knew exactly what I needed and she didn't hesitate to help, even offered if I was looking for something for myself.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful (Sheriane). As soon as I walked in the store Sheriane asked if I needed any assistance.I didn’t know some of the charms were 30% off and she asked if I would like to see them. Of course I said yes! If she hadn’t of mentioned the sale I may not of even looked at the charms. I was very happy she showed me them because I ended up buying one I really liked! I bought it to go with the bangle I purchased. Excellent customer service at this store.
