I went to Pandora on Boxing Day so already it was hectic but the associates did a great job of keeping the line in order and moving. Once in the store the associate assigned to me was so helpful finding everything I needed and even suggesting options for when certain charms I wanted were sold out. Also she was very patient with me as I took plenty of time browsing my options and making sure I picked all the right charms.

Cuz every time I go there they focus on me and they always put a smile on my face

I went into the store just to look around & get some X'Mas gift idea. I was cheerfully greeted & welcome by Joanna. She helped me look & suggested many great ideas. I purchased a few things for my daughter & she loved it. Joanna was very pleasant and helpful, I was in & out in no time and left with great feeling of being well looked after. Thanks to a great customer service from staff like Joanna.

Luke was incredibly friendly and courteous. Offered wonderful recommendations. Hope to see him again on our next visit.

The sales person who helped me, luke, was incredibly patient and kind. He showed me all the options I was interested in and went out of his way to ask about the person i was purchasing the gift for and make suggestions.

I came in today to look for a specific necklace. Unfortunately this store location did not have it but Luke recommended another store that might carry it. Yesterday, I was at the Limeridge Mall Pandora and the sales associate was rude and seemed irritable with assisting me. I was happy that Luke was so kind and helped me look for a different necklace. He was friendly, knowledgeable. I would recommend this store location to my friends for sure.

The sales associate was very patient and was happy to show me all merchandises she felt were applicable to the criteria of the product I was looking for. The greeter at the front door was extremely helpful in looking for the associate, they were also very cheerful and helped me explore the catalogue. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable in the sales processes and gave excellent recommendations. All staff were friendly and the manager asked if I found everything I was looking for. Overall excellent service from the beginning until the end.
