I had a very bad experience at the Dufferin Mall location with returning my items because I purchased at Eaton Center. My receipt says I can return at PANDORA STORES. The manager at Dufferin mall said it doesn't matter what the receipt says their policy is I have to return at eatons. I went to Eatons today where they help me and apologize for my bad experience at Dufferin mall. I am very appreciated that eaton was so nice. I had such a bad experience at Dufferin mall.
