I always feel enchanted when I go into aPandora store especially while travelling. I have been to many around the world.Germany where I first started collecting the lovely princess castle, Austria, Switzerland, London, Chesterfield U.K. and Ireland last year.

overall I am really satisfied with my experience because I had a problem with my purchase and the sales assistance was extremely attentive and lovely with me. She understood my problem and helped me a lot.

The sales associate MICHAEL at Eaton centre was amazing. I was so please with his service, I had to purchase the product.

1. The clerks weren't pushy 2. Michael found every charm wished to see, when I wanted to see it. 3. Michael knew his stock and what was and wasn't for sale any more. 4. I was in a rush and no one tried to slow me down with up-selling (which I hate) 5. They had, in stock, exactly what I wanted. 6. I was walking out of the place with a pretty package and a gift receipt in the bag within the amount of time I had (which wasn't a lot). Michael was great.
