The sales associate was friendly and found everything I was looking for. He helped me and my friend at the same time so we were able to not spend too much time in the store. We came for the free bracelet event and I got everything I wanted.

This is my 4th purchase at Pandora in the last 2 years and 3rd at the Eaton location. The selection is really good. The staff is super friendly and competent. Flavia was my sales person. She greeted me with the biggest smile at the end of the day. Great customer service skills. She probed for the reason and who it was for and made suggestions based on my needs. I would hire her for my business. Great job Flavia. Chelsea was another associate who was there. She checked with me if I needed anything as I was waiting for Flavia to pack my stuff. This shows the care they take of all customers. Great location and great staff. 10/10.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Mansoureh, the person who assisted me, ensured that every jewellery I chose was a perfect fit. For instance, she would bring me 2 different sizes and have me try it on before I made a decision. She was a super friendly and nice person. Definitely give her a 10/10.
