I am a traveller who was looking for a specific item. I found this straight away and the sales assistant could offer me alternatives and exclusives too. The whole process was quick and simple.

The sales clerk, Michael, was wonderful, helpful and very kind to my young niece as she was shopping for a birthday gift for her mom. He was lovely!

I had went to a smaller location with a friend who was purchasing a birthday item. This was my first time going into a Pandora, so when I actually saw the items I was surprised and finally understood why it was always so busy. I saw a few things I would have purchased but because I didn't receive any help, I walked out not purchasing a thing! I went home that evening and looked online and saw more things I wanted and was falling in love! I placed items in my cart for my first purchase and then went to Eaton Centre the next day. Immediately, I was greeted and an associate, Mansoureh, helped me! I was surprised at how everything was just a hand stretch away from her. She went above and beyond, offered other items that weren't on my list, let me try on and see other things that caught my eye. She was amazing! I'm glad I didn't let the smaller location at the Atrium stray me away from purchasing. They can learn a thing or 10 from the Eaton Centre location! I'm SO excited and happy with my purchase. Did I mention Eaton Centres location was PACKED with people yet I received immediate service once I stepped in as opposed to the empty location that gave NO service or attention at all!..

I was greeted right away when I entered the store. The Sales Associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable about what she was selling, very professional and friendly.

I was very pleased with the quick and easy service that I received. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and more than helpful when I asked them questions.
