Able to find exactly what I wanted within minutes due to staff help. Staff was very helpful and friendly causing no issues.

When I called Lisa was helpful in putting the two charms aside, she also told me that the original one was not in stock but they would be getting it, the reason why I mentioned this is I had called another Pandora store and they told me that they no longer carry that charm nor did the Eaton Center. The only thing that I was disappointed with was nothing to do with Lisa, it was more to do with the buy 2 charms get one free had just ended on Monday which was a holiday and only store open was the Eaton Center as I had gone to Fairview Mall and Shops at Don Mills to purchase these to get the free one but they were closed and I couldn't get down to Eaton Center, I had just heard that day on the radio the sale or I would have gone the week before.

My sales associate was wonderful. She went out of her way to get the last of the charms at their store in the locked cases and clean my bracelet.

Marina was a top-notch facilitator and help us a lot. I went to the store with my mom and she can't speak English, fortunately, Marina was there and she did not only was able to speak my mom's language but also adapt to our customer service good practices from our country. She was very kind, professional and at the same time warm and friendly just like we Brazilians like. We had a very unique experience because we still had the high-quality customer service we usually have at Pandora stores but we also had a tailored service from Marina. Also kudos to the manager that lead us to her right after we entered the store. Everything was perfect.

ALL the staff are beyond professional and friendly, I'm always greeted as I walk in and they make finding or getting (I usually know ahead of time exactly what I want) extremely easy and always always with a smile. FANTASTIC TEAM
