When I was at the store there was a sale so ot was busy. The sales associate was very friendly. He knew the stock so it didn't take very long.

I had to exchange my pandora rose bracelet into the classic bracelet with 14k gold and Mansoureh, the sales person, helped me from the moment I enter the store and by the time I left. She's so nice and friendly. She made sure that everything was fine before I left. She made the exhange process of my bracelet a lot easier. The assistance was very nice. When we buy the rings, she recommended the style of the ring for me. When my mother selected the ring, since my mom did not know the ring size, she also recommended the size of the ring for my mom. She was so nice. She was so nice.
