The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Doing the exchange was very easy and much appreciated. Not having a store in my area it was great to go and view the charms in person. The sales staff was patient while I viewed several pieces before making my purchase. The store was very clean and bright. Very happy with my shopping experience.

The associates who helped me is very regardful, she’s so nice & keep smiling, she’s very friendly & her name is Mansoureh.

I will not be returning to this store because I was on vacation (in Canada). I live on Long Island, New York. The store was beautiful. If I lived locally, I would shop at this particular store numerous times.

The Reason I enjoyed this Pandora sales experience so much is that I had such amazing help from our sales associate. She knew where everything was and was very cheery! She really tried to understand what I was looking for and made it less stressful on my part.

The service that Ali provides is always excellent. I just need to tell her which items I need, we set an appointment and I just need to pick the items up and pay. I love it because I am always rushing so this saves me a lot of time.
