The Shine collections was beautifully displayed. The staff was very welcoming. And the launch of the new collection was nicely introduced with treats.

They have many jewelry options that are unique. The disney brand they sell is also a plus compared to other jewelry stores. Customer Service is also the best here.

I was greeted as a valued returning customer and looked after promptly. I knew exactly what I wanted and had no trouble getting the merchandise. Ally B. was personable and engaged in my buying experienced. She packaged my purchase in such a way that it felt special. Even after the sale, she was interested in helping me look at possible future purchases. All in all very professional and enjoyable. The Eaton Centre Pandora store is very well managed, in my opinion.
