I was wonderfully pleased with the customer service and rapport with the salesperson Lisa who assisted me today. Lisa gave several valuable recommendations, listened carefully to my thinking and patiently supported me. She was highly personable and gave excellent suggestions that showed a depth of knowledge of the product and an intuitive sense of what the recipient might enjoy.

I was greeted at the door and had a sales rep Jean assist me- told her I had a gift card and asked her show me some charms and clip to do with family and angels.
