The sales associate Holli at Eaton center Toronto location was amazing and friendly. She helped me take advantage of the “boxing week 2017” sale.

First time going to Pandora The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable Took her time and wrapped up my item nicely

- The sales associate was friendly, and willing to assist us. - Sales does not only promote/sell expensive merchandise in the store, but items that are on sale as well. - Compared to past experiences at Pandora, this was the one of the best visits.

Lisa (Lefke) was a very knowledgeable and extra friendly person. I would shot at this store just to be served by Lisa.

I went on a busy Boxing Day week day at mid day. There was a lineup but it was well managed and the assistant manager made sure that no body jumped the queue and that everyone had a booklet to leaf through while waiting.Once in the store I was greeted warmly by Lisa , my sales assistant who, despite the business of the sales event, made me feel as if I was the most important customer and I was not rushed at all. I ended up buying everything that I had come for plus was shown other items to peak my interest and now intend to purchase at a later time. A very professional and well run store in the Eaton Centre. I continue to be impressed with their management.

As an indecisive shopper, it took me a while to decide which length of bracelet I wanted to purchase. The sales associate who helped me was extremely helpful, patient, and positive throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with my new bracelet!

Lisa is wonderful very knowledgeable and friendly. Her manager Kristyn however was not nice. She agreed to an exchange of charms for a bracelet of more value then tried to make me buy something more. She had me wait a half hour making me late for work trying to reverse the transaction . I was so upset I left my things and returned later. When I got home I realized I didn’t get a receipt and found things missing. Luckily Lisa retrieved the receipt & gave me the items

Friendly Helpful Not fake

I came to Pandora during the 40% Boxing Week sale and I was highly impressed with the way everything was handled. The line outside was kept orderly and the one on one service once in the store was very helpful. Although they were out of stock of a bracelet I wanted to purchase, Lisa, was able to find everything else I was looking for and was very helpful in deciding what charms would make a good purchase. She spent a fair amount of time with me and ensured I was happy with what I was getting.
