My associate Lisa always has fun with me & remembers me . She seems to know stock and makes great suggestions on how to pair my charms & bracelets. I have been served by others staff there as well who are always awesome

Rebecca, the sales who served me was really patient, and nice. She helped me with what i needed with a super friendly and positive attitude. I am highly impressed with her customer service. Although the line was painfully long, her smile and working attitude has brought it up to the top. Thank you Rebecca for serving me! The sales associate helping me, Lisa, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, and she was very friendly and welcoming. While she was helping me today, she was so warm and genuine, which made holiday shopping much more enjoyable. I bought a gift for someone and the store was so full and I assumed the sales associates would try and get people in and out as quickly as possible, but Lisa took the time to show me anything I wanted and gave wonderful suggestions for products.
