Great costumer service, knowledge of products being sold and appreciate their opinion

I wait there for about one minute to have my assistant there in a super crowded pandora place, so that’s not a long time. And once I mention is there a red nose reindeer, the assistant girl knows exactly which I mean, she’s familiar with pandora charms, so I didn’t waste any time. That makes me happy.

Everything was neat and tidy the store was larger than others which made for better selection

I’m correcting original charms which are able to purchase in the world. When I visited the store, a staff who did a good service, and very friendly.

The sales associate, was very friendly and helpful and informative. She even told me I could get my ring polished, which isn't what I went in for. Her name is Maya, she was so nice and made the process very simple.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the store. The salesperson was very helpful, not only in finding the merchandise I was looking for, but also in suggesting options. She didn't make me feel rushed at all either, which was great. This was a gift I was buying for someone. The flexibility for the gift's recipient in coming back to exchange for a different size, colour, or even the type of jewellery, was a big selling point. I knew my daughter would ultimately be happy with her gift. Thank you!

Michael was an attentive and thoughtful sales associate. He smiled and greeted me when I walked in when many other associates had their heads down. I had come in to pick out a charm for my friend and he was able to listen to what I wanted and pick three perfectly suited charms. He was quick and efficient as well. Would definitely recommend him!

The sales associate, Romina, was very kind and helpful. She’s very sweet and relatable. She made me feel very comfortable in the store and since I have small fingers and was looking at rings she was very patient and understanding as she has the same problem.
