My experience at this Pandora location (Eaton Centre) is incomparable to others. Usually I'm not pleased with the service, I find most of the employees to be rude, judgemental, obnoxious and very pushy. This time, being served by Sherry-Lynn was incredible. She was extremely patient with my friend and I and was willing to offer multiple suggestions of different rings to try on as well as ones that would go well with rings we previously owned. She was funny, not pushy at all, friendly, seemed like a LOVELY person to work with.

The store is clean and the staff was friendly. Some of the items in the catalogue were not available in store

The Pandora at Eaton's Center, I was helped by a lovely Pandora associate who has helped me in the past. She is extremely, personable, diligent and will go above and beyond for helping the customers in the store.

Everyone at the eaton centre location is so nice!!! They're so friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel pressured but instead just help you out. They are always prompt to greet you which I never find at the locations close to my house. Every single time I've gone into this pandora, they've all been so so kind!!! I'm recommending this pandora to all my friends!!

I finally got to buy the sterling silver clasp bracelet I've wanted. The associate was very friendly and helpful. It makes me want to come back.

I have already had Pandora bracelet and beads. But my daughter wanted anything from Pandora, so we decided to buy for her earrings. Sales representative was very helpful, and we bought one pair of earrings. I fell that we will come back soon for another one.

Sales associate is friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient and really listened to what we were looking for. She helped us pick out the charms we absolutely love.
