Regardless of the long line up due to the promotion the wait was short . I also returned next day and made another purchase. I like the attention placed on individual customers that Pandora always gives - an associate was at the door and another staff came by walk towards all customers greeting everyone and assuring us everyone will be attended to shortly. I always enjoy Pandora Shopping experience and I am a repeat customers for the past 5 years.

I went in to purchase 2 rings and one wasnt available in my size. the lady at the counter was very informative and said she will place an order for me. I paid for my order and hope to receive it in the estimated mentioned timeframe.

I was immediately acknowledged and served which was very important because I was on my coffee break. The associate knew exactly where to find the charm I wanted. He told me about up coming promotions. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The sales associate was very friendly and patient. There was ample availability of sizes. Overall, I had a great time.

I came into the store looking to purchase a ring. I was promptly greeted and offered a catalog. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase, a staff member guessed on the first try what size my finger would be. She then found the ring I wanted and I purchased it almost immediately. I have several pieces from Pandora and will continue to be a customer.

There was an intense and terrible musty smell in the store. And there was a group of sales personnel all gathered around talking and didn't tend to customers right away.

I think more merchandise are needed in the store. I wait almost 30min to be assisted

I was not highly satisfied because I didn't get acknowledged when I came into the store. I waited for a while until I got noticed. Not enough staff to cater to the customer numbers.
