We read on website that you can save 15% when you join Pandora Club, but the store was not able to honour it. We were disappointed that the offer only works for online orders. Maybe we should just walk out of the store and order online instead.

I was pleased happy but would’ve loved if the SA would’ve let me know about the other ring promotions they had in store. Was a little upset that I didn’t notice that until I finished my transaction.

The Store was highly crowded, and some of representatives were not attentive. I bought Harry Potter Charm for my sister but the charm which I bought was not clean. I noticed it when I asked the sales associate to open the packing box and let me reconfirm the purchase, it had blackish kind of prints on it. The sales rep. cleaned it after my request. I was thankful that I checked it before gifting it to my sister. Kindly clean the products before handing them over to customers as this is also very crucial times for us all due to Covid.
