i got what i was looking for.

I went through over 700 charms and didn’t find any auntie charm then called the store and was told they do have! Update online charms some people don’t like talking to people

They didn’t have any of my sizes that I needed

Online there was a coupon for $15 CAD off that I was not able to use on a physical purchase. It annoyed me to have to pay more just because I placed my order with the sales associate (Ally which was extremely helpful)

The price point of the product was fair however, I felt that the item the sale associate took out wasn’t new. The Isa Star charm she took out was a bit worn (as in, it looked like it has been used or been taken out one too many time and the shine is gone). When asked to polish it, the sales associate simply said that it came like that.

Sales person was very knowledgeable but when I took the bracelet home it was too tight
